Grading, Drainage, and Land Clearing in Overland Park, KS

Overland Park runs from established neighborhoods near Nall Hills and Deer Creek down to newer builds south of 135th Street and out toward Blue Valley. Much of the southern half sits on rolling ground with heavy clay and tree lines along the creek corridors, and that combination sends water toward the house instead of away from it. Cutting positive slope and shaping swales is a big part of the work here.

Indian Creek and its feeder drainages run through a lot of the city, so low spots and standing water are the most common complaint. On the larger lots down south the calls shift to overgrown back acreage, washed out gravel approaches, and pads for shops or RV parking. From Louisburg it is a short drive, and every bid is given in person.
